Sinna is a founder‑led, premium pop-up brand with a big vision: to create community and fun through dessert across the country, and to create opportunities for families to create extra income through franchising our brand.

We’re starting small—right here in Sheridan, Wyoming—so that the people in this community can help shape what Sinna becomes nationwide.

Why Sinna Exists

I didn’t set out to create “just another bakery” or restaurant experience. I started Sinna because I believe dessert can do more than satisfy a craving—it can slow us down, bring us together, and turn an ordinary day into something worth remembering.

From day one, the goal has been bigger than a single pop‑up or local bakery. I’m building a brand that feels warm, playful, and human in every city it touches. Sheridan is where that story begins.
