Where Did We Come From
Sinna started as a simple experiment: baking healthier sourdough cinnamon rolls at home. But as new flavors and ideas kept coming — rainbow rolls, carrot cake rolls, cookie dough rolls — it became clear this wasn’t just about traditional cinnamon rolls anymore.
What began in a home kitchen grew into a weekly pop-up bakery focused on small batches, bold flavors, and creating something fun for the Sheridan community to look forward to. Today, every roll is still made by hand, with the same goal we started with: bringing people together over something warm, creative, and worth sharing.
